Subject:	Good restaurant on the water?

I am looking for recommendations for a good restaurant dinner on a Saturday evening. Something accessible by boat would be great.

We are near Indian Shores and Marina Marin, so The Cove and Sinclair's come to mind. How has the food and service been lately? Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Think other than Chuck's for pizza you've about named the selection :)
Haven't been to any yet this year personally but usually can't go wrong with Sinclairs.....food is always tasty, service pretty good and a view that can't be beat :) Have fun....wish I was there instead of at home cleaning out closets!!!!!!!

Let me follow that up by saying "off water"....Oskars in Dadeville is a great local spot for fried catfish and such and for a really nice dinner (white tablecloth and good wine) make the drive to Waverly and try the Yellowhammer....always delicious!!!! Sinclairs in Alex City isn't bad either and a neat atmosphere in an old house. Others may know more off water spots on the south end of lake but that's my "two cents!"

Just down from Oskars is Niffers on The Lake and The Cove restaurants. Both are quite good. Don't overlook Poplar Dawg on 34 at Holiday Shores. There's a good reason locals fill that place up Thur-Sat nights.

Oh yes, how could I forget Friday and Sat night Steak Night at Poplar Dawgs!! Very good!
