Well He (the un-named) could have shut down his modem and then this aqua-nut started his/hers (must be 100% pc here) machine and got his old IP address.

Possibly. But since "un-named" has had the same IP address since at least late March, it seems unlikely that it would all of the sudden change right about the time he was supposedly banned, and that a brand-new poster would happen to wind up with the exact same address at almost the exact same time. I don't know it that would qualify as a miracle, but I do know that the odds are astronomical. Given those odds, I'll believe the obvious answer.

If he got banned then I hope other people also are. I can't believe I have been reading this for 2 years and never saw anything that should have gotten anyone banned. Is this still a free country, or did I wake up a communist. If anyone's feelings were hurt then you need to get a life and not take things so serious. I would also like to be banned if that is the case because this is not a forum I would like to be associated with.

Things got out of control on Friday. Two members attacked the other making claims that are totally untrue according to the attackee. No proof was offered, just viscous attacks. Claims that the one who shall remain nameless was under court order to wear ankle bracelets (not the decorative kind) and was under court order to attend certain classes and even went so far as to infer that he is a child molester. That crosses a line into legal action territory and I am sure Bruce did what he felt, and/or was advised, needed to be done to protect himself.
