Are there really 527 really waterfront properties for sale on Lake Martin?? Right now??

oh yes, there were 527 at 7-31-08.

right now there are 519. Go to my blog and search for yourself. make sure that you select waterfront of "Y" - this search includes the entire Lake Martin MLS.

maybe there are 30 out there that are waterfront but are not lake martin (eg private pond or lake murphy). but still the point remains, because there are prob about 30 in the Montgomery MLS that would balance it out.

For perspective you can read my post of "2007 In Review" to see the history in 2006 when it flopped from a sellers' to a buyers' market in 07.
