Do you think it is on the way up now, or just a blip because of the recent rain? I need it to go to 482.5 for an hour or so. Are the gates to be opened any time soon?

LNG go to http//lakes.alabamapower.com/ and click on Tallapoosa River and Lake Martin. It will give you the current lake level and show the turbine schedule. it appears they have the plug in.

It's on the way up for 2010 and the plug appears to be seated!....I hate that I have to head out to work this weekend with winter finally showing a crack in the armor.

You ain’t gonna see 482.5 again this winter/spring. If you look at the level chart, we ended up .2 under the rule of 484.3 today (Fri). The Rule has us at 485.0 next Tuesday and to 488.1 by the end of the month. Of course the lake level is usually under the rule curve but still on it’s way up.

There are several on the forum who believe AP always keeps up BELOW rule, so I can still hope. The kid in me is ready to jump waves on the sea doo, so let it come on up. The other kid in me wants to get the 20 foot 6x6's in the ground so I can build my grandsons a rope swing. The AU in me says "wait til next year"
