shouldn't the lake be at full pool by now? Also, why does it look so murky? I have never seen it like this.

Full pool isn't scheduled for another month, murky is normal during the spring fill....some parts are worse than others depending on location, runoff, construction, etc.

Go to the website below and it will give you all the lake level info you want. Click on the tab that says "Select a River" and pick the Tallapoosa. The screen will refresh with the lakes on the Tallapoosa. Pick Martin and you will get the current lake level, a graph and the schedule of turbine runs.

This site also shows lake level but does not have turbine operations. Don't know where you might find a "murkiness" chart.

I think Cat' can install a "murkometer" on any style boat. Come to think of it, maybe the webmaster should install one on the forum as well.
