APCO our friend?

With little or no rain for quite some time the water level has stayed around 489.4x and today shows 489.51. Has apco become our friend? Not generating electrical power? Have there been rains in the basin above us? Whatever the case, it is great to see us this close to full pool without much rain.

My observation after 15 years living on the lake?? They are friends; nevertheess a for profit organization with zero control of drought conditions..
Might add, I find their community outreach efforts laudible..
