The houses at Water's Edge across from Veazy's marina are getting a great addition. They already have one of the best views on the lake, and construction has now begun on a nice short pier for the house on the left. I predict John will sell on by sundown on Sunday, and he will owe me 1/2 percent commission.

If yu don't collect, let me know and I will add it to his bill. He has hired "Xtreme Marine Services, LLC." (Cathouse sister Co.) We will be transporting his new boat from Florida, back here to the shop, and then Lake Martin. I will gladely add your commission to his transport bill and trailer rental. LOL.

at Water's Edge. They switched agents, dropped the price, and are adding on those docks. Oh well. Like in any biz, you win some, you lose some.
I still think they are nice homes, though, and I still have them on my "Best Buy" list even tho someone else has them listed.
Also - (plug alert....) I can still help any interested buyer since they are in the MLS.
Cat - I will be calling you today to set up some final plans!

It appears that each house will have an individual pier. You made mention of that some time back but i had not seen an progress on it. The one going in is short, but I think this will "make" those houses, and should salvage the development.
I know business is business but it is ashamed that they switched agents at the time of building the piers. You had presented some interesting videos on the project. What are listing prices today?
Also, I enjoyed the video recently of the house that was rennovated across the water from me. They did a great job.

if you are looking at them from the water, the one on the left (that is bigger) is currently $499,500 and the other one is $479,500.
Speaking in general, as an agent, you can advocate for price changes and improvements (for example, docks) all you want, but the seller is the only one that can make that decision.
