Failed with a house full, of course. The pump cycles on-off quickly and the water pressure surges. Diagnosed as a faulty air tank. Anyone know of somebody who would come out to replace?? Appreciate any help,,, Mack

Mack, let us know who that is and phone number if he is able to help you. Mine had similar problems last year, but I replaced the tank and it works pretty good. There are times now, though, when the switch points will not "stick" on cycle on. I have a replacement switch ready to go on, but I might need someone who knows what they are doing to give it a good look first.

LNG, went back to the original source of the well. Worked about like an appointment with Charter Cable around here. I think the expertise is there, but the business approach sucks. I won't bash him on-line, but I won't be back. Well working OK now.
Speaking of wells, anybody know the process for testing well water for contaminates/ugly stuff? It has been a while, and probably needs a re-test,,, thanks,,,
