We're at beautiful Lake Martin with the three grandkids this weekend. It is so nice outside right now. Not many people in Piddler's Cove this weekend which is AOK with me. We're going to hike up to the Smith Mountain Tower later this morning. They have really done a great job with the trails and restoration of the tower. And then it's football time for me!!!! GO DAWGS, ROLL TIDE and WAR EAGLE!!!!!!!!

Well, I am sorry I missed yesterday (had to work on wildlife food plots) but today ain't bad. 9:45am and the water is as smoooooooth. Reflections of treeline across the water are beautiful

Wildlife food plots...I Like it!!! You're a good man, LNG...I wish I were able to do more than I am doing in that regard...I love wildlife...all animals....still not going to jump into a tiger cage at the Zoo like that fool did yesterday...

The lake is beautiful all the time in every direction! Can't think of anywhere else I would rather be.
