was very quiet, put the toes in the water, the 2 year old decided to try out the water~clothes and all. He loved it! The water was cold but not cold cold. So ready for a nice weekend for a change, ready for the rain and cold weather to go away.

You are right about the water temp....bearable. With clothes on I jumped on my old Sea Doo today to pull some short logs to the slough. Well, I lowered the lift, shoved it off, hit the starter, and NOTHING. Had to test the water. Got back to the dock, charged the battery, and back in business.

What kind of activity was going happening on "bald island"?

They were moving a bunch of dirt yesterday and had leveled the top of it off. There was some workers on 20 behind us. It almost looked like they were making a "road" or driveway down the hill the way they were pushing it. I almost stopped and asked a guy but he left before I could get to him. We will be back this weekend.
