Contact the Marine Police with any questions. Capt brooks and his staff are very helpful. Careful what you tie up to, they maybe drone targets under the new policy of don't ask just shoot.

To follow protocol, you need to submit a form to Montgomery, who is suppose to send it to the MP in Alex City to investigate. If it is a hazard buoy you may be able to go to the MP directly. If you need a no wake buoy, it must meet 1 of 4 qualifications.
1. MP has designated as a high risk accident zone.
2. There is a public boat ramp.
3. There is a boat fuel nearby for purchase.
4. You are Ben Russell and get whatever you want.
