Very happy with the way this product came out on our old deck. Rodney Pless did fabulous job, giving us a new looking deck area. It is so nice not having to worry about splinters. Highly recommend this product on old wood decks.

Used "Deck Restore" made by Rustoleum purchased at Home Depot. Rodney Pless, a local handyman did the pressure washing and applications. Rodney did a fabulous job as usual.

They can add color to the cans just like paint. Here is a video.

It's elastomeric paint. Been around for years but never marketed for wood floors until now. It's a lot like latex porch and floor paint but goes on 6.5 times thicker. Only time will tell if it holds up as well as it's promoted. There is always a risk of softening and bubble blisters when exposed to ponding water.
