Interesting start ends with a great review. Got there.....told the kitchen was backed up so they could not seat us. Noticed the bar seats were open.....no problem have a seat at the bar. Get a drink and before first taste the host says I have ur table ready. Never a bad thing to hear so off we went on the deck. Takes our order.....mindset was we needed to go ahead and order if the kitchen is backed up. 10 minutes.....all plates were out....for 6 adults. If that is a kitchen backed up I would hate to see it with no one there. Had a variety of choices......
Bang bang shrimp....superb taste...shrimp kinda small...but enough for what it is.
Shrimp and grits....if u ever stop serving this item u should just quit! Absolutely awesome and the shrimp were huge. Need these shrimp on the bang bang order.
Snapper.....perfect....flaky and tasty....just awesome.
Burger was perfect.....
Chicken sandwich was good as well. The specialty dinner items were great. In and out in about an hour 1/2....of course that includes several post dinner drinks. Music was good....atmosphere was good.....like I said a crazy start to a good dinner. Good job Chris....keep it up.
P.S. tell them to redo those finger piers and get u some real docks to park at. Geez man is trying to run a business on piers that are over 30 years old. I know I used to sit on them and watch the wet t-shirt contest. Who remembers????.

does smoking on the deck bother anyone but us? wish we could sit out there vs inside, but wife & I are alergic to cig smoke; owner says he would have to shut down if he didnt allow smoking-- hmmm

Shay, please also look into making a special section in your place for non-drinkers. Also a barrier for non-kids?? For sure, you need to isolate customers who are elderly and drool. No Open Toe shoes allowed. Bra's required at all times. No caps. No sunglasses inside.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

A "smoking section" like that will only work if you can keep the smoke from leaving the designated area. Which, sadly, you can't.
Unfortunately, I am one of those who must make decisions based on whether or not I will be subject to other people's smoke. And that has meant that I have walked up that ramp looking forward to a great meal, only to turn around once I saw the haze of smoke. So if you fear the business you might lose from smokers, rest assured that much of it will be made up by those who WANT to eat more often at Harbor Docks... but can't.
