Surely they will let it back down quite a bit, but probably not to 480'.  Recent rain experience does not bode well for change in the license agreement.  That was a lot of water for the lake to catch, and all worked as planned, I think.

In 2009 - 2010 there were three spikes in the water level (up more than 3 feet) during the winter.  In each instance APC got the level down to the plan within two weeks.
