For years after 2008 the Oblamer suggested that nothing was his fault, he was quick to blame all on Bush.

Now, with stocks on rise, jobs up, unemployment down, and NOW even the hostage release in North Korea, he and left have become Oclaimer!

But hey, maybe he can get partial credit because once he left office the economy really ramped up.  So in a perverse sort of way he was partially responsible for the improved economy.  Sort of the like a dumb guy leaving a group and the collective IQ of the group goes up.  He did his part by no longer screwing up the economy.
