I have a generator with a leaking (cracked) gas tank. PVC or other plastic, not metal. Anyone who can weld plastic to repair the tank? Maybe someone who works on small engines, etc?
Thanks, Tarpon

U cannot ' weld ' plastic, however you can repair crack with epoxy or some other fiberglass type material. Check with Autozone. Good luck.

Take a soldering iron and melt the plastic together. Use scrap plastic to thicken.
I have a new unused generator gas tank for a gen I converted to propane.
It is sqarish like a pillow.
