Have been following this with interest as it looked from the get go that it was a clear case of entrapment.  So it turns out that the leader of the group was a paid FBI informant and he convinced these other idiots to join in on his plan.  Result?  Two acquitted and the remaining hung juries.  They all heard the same evidence and either rightly concluded it was entrapment or could not come to a unanimous decision that it wasn't.   Whether the gov't tries again with the hung jury perps is anyone's guess but that would be good money after bad.

The reason this is interesting is that there are similar issues with the Jan 6th riots.  Between Capital Hill Police waving people inside (some of those have been acquitted) and the crowd being incited by FBI informants and probably agents as well.  To what extent they played a role in the chaos, especially to the extent they did with the Michigan case will hopefully come to light during the various trials.  Interestingly the recent acquittals were bench trials and not jury trials.  Tells you everything you want to know about their faith in a jury of "peers" in DC.  Most of them understand quite well the jury pool in DC and would rather take their chances with a judge.  Can't say that I blame them.

Years ago I was talking to a retired FBI agent and he told me that one can always pick out the informants in the KKK. They are the ones who want to blow up things and beat up people!

   Incidentally, except for the years in the service I have always lived in the South. In all that time, though, I have heard many stories I have never seen a Clansman! Strange!

Only one I ever saw was on TV in DC - in Congress, a demonrat. Robert Byrd - Glowing remarks at his death by Hillary, Bill, Obama, Biden - funny how that works.

Funny how that happens.  If there was any question about involvement just look at the mileage the Dems are trying to get with the Jan6 committee.  It is the new Russian Hoax.  Now I think there were a bunch of stupid people to go along, and I hate anyone was injured, and so unfortunate that the Babbit lady was murdered, but little doubt it was pushed by government related folks.

But that part will not be covered by this committee!!  Does anyone want to talk to Ray Epps?

Grew up in the black belt, lived all my life in the South, and have never seen a KKK group or known anyone involved in the KKK.  Strange, how we must all just live with our heads in the sand…..or there’s a lot of gubment BS going on.

I grew up in the North and while I never saw a clansman, I remember that they would burn crosses on the lawns of blacks that infiltrated white neighborhoods.  And it was rumored that a building I worked in that had had many lives before it became a govenrment building, was once the headquarters of the Clan for the area.  While the South is supposedly known for being racist, I think that the North had probably an equal number of racists who acted out.  I don't think they did a lot of lynching, but the harassment factor was there.  

I don't think being a clansman was something people made public, even to their families.  But they did exist, although I doubt they were ever mainstream.  '

Interestingly when my house was being built, on the corner of our street, someone had put a noose up in the tree.  I don't know how it got there or by whom, or why, but I had the builder go and and take it down.  Still don't know if it was a joke, a warning (although we don't have any black families here), or whatever, but I felt shocked.

Well, the noose was on our street, so you may be right.  By the time we got here, everyone knew about us, but we knew nothing about anybody other than one of my neighbors gave our builder hell on a regular basis about putting supplies on the street.  

I am more concerned about Neo-Nazis.  They gave up their shaved heads and nazi tats in favor of a more mainstream look.

Hound, the area I was raised in was about 50/50 black and white, and while it was called segregated the families depended on each other….forget race!  Sports for kids in the country didn’t know race, you just played.  Our cemetery dated back to the 1830s and there are a number of grave sites where the family slaves were buried right next to owners, just like family…which was the relationship.  And churches had balconies reserved for slaves in white churches….yes, segregation….but not really.  Don’t believe the krap from liberal idiots.

Do you deny that 2 people were found not guilty on all charges by judges and not jury in the FBI Whitmer kidnapping plot?  Do you deny that in another two the juries were unable to come to a decision and were hung ?

Yes there will be jury and bench trials.  My entire point, which flew right over your head as usual, was that so far the only acquittals came from a bench trial.  If I had been stupid enough to be there and in trouble there is no way I would take a chance on a DC jury.  It is 99% certain to be comprised of 100% left wing nut Democrats looking to screw over a conservative regardless of the facts of the case or any extenuating circumstances (ya know, like Capital Hill police waving people in the door). 

C'mon man.....are you really that dense not to understand an easy to understand point?!?!?  Wait.....don't answer that, I think we already know.
