Rampant voter fraud in Arizona leads to conviction

She received probation, fines, and community service for casting her dead mother’s election ballot in 2020.

PHOENIX — A judge in Phoenix on Friday sentenced a woman to two years of felony probation, fines, and community service for voting with her dead mother’s ballot in Arizona in the 2020 general election.

But the judge rejected a prosecutor’s request that she serve at least 30 days in jail because she lied to investigators and demanded that they hold those committing voter fraud accountable.

The case against Tracey Kay McKee, 64, is one of just a handful of voter fraud cases from Arizona’s 2020 election that have led to charges, despite widespread belief among many supporters of former President Donald Trump that there was widespread voter fraud that led to his loss in Arizona and other battleground states. Both McKee and her mother, Mary Arendt, were registered Republicans, although she was not asked if she voted for Trump.

Arendt died on Oct. 5, 2020, two days before early ballots were mailed to voters. Assistant Attorney General Todd Lawson played a tape of McKee being interviewed by an investigator with his office where she said there was rampant voter fraud and denied that she had signed and returned her mother’s ballot.

That's the amazing part really.  Goofy cherry picks fraud by a few Republicans but totally ignores things like the movie 2,000 Mules that documents in video hundreds of instances of mules dropping large numbers of ballots off at Zuckerberg boxes in the middle of the night at $10 per.  Just the limited video evidenc in GA alone is evidence of large-scale fraud that could have easily changed the results. 

Either way even his paltry evidence undermines his prior statements that there is zero evidence of vote fraud.  That irony is lost on the likes of Goofy.

Truck did not destroy voter fraud evidence in Cobb County, Georgia

CLAIM: Video of a shredding truck outside a government building in Cobb County, Georgia, on Tuesday shows that election officials are destroying evidence of voter fraud.

AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. The truck was there for a regularly scheduled visit to the county tax commissioner’s office, which shares a building with the county’s main office of elections. No documents related to elections were destroyed, a county spokesman confirmed.

THE FACTS: A conservative attorney who attempted to block the certification of election results in Georgia tweeted a series of videos on Tuesday that he claimed showed “evidence of voter fraud” 

They actually showed something far less scandalous: a routine shredding of county tax documents.

In the videos posted by attorney L. Lin Wood, a truck from the company Shred-it is parked outside the West Park Government Center in Marietta, Georgia. In some of the videos, an individual wearing a yellow vest loads trash can-like containers onto the truck.

“Evidence of voter fraud is being destroyed in Cobb County, GA TODAY,” Wood captioned one of his tweets. “Many people, powerful & not so powerful, are going to PRISON.”

Wood’s videos gained traction quickly on social media, racking up more than 400,000 views within two hours of being posted. His tweets on the topic were collectively shared more than 30,000 times.

However, Wood’s claims are false. Although the county’s main elections office is located at the West Park Government Center, the truck was there for its regular, twice-monthly visit to the tax commissioner’s office, which is housed in the same building, according to Ross Cavitt, communications director for the county.

“The Tax Commissioner scans all documents that come in and once they are checked in and archived the rest goes to the shredder,” Cavitt told The Associated Press in an email. “No items from Cobb Elections were involved.

” Ballots and other documents related to the recount effort are housed at the Jim R. Miller Event Center several miles away from where these videos were shot, Cavitt said.

A different video shared over the weekend claimed to show a shredding truck destroying ballots at the Miller event center, but the truck was actually destroying “non-relevant” election waste, according to county officials.

Georgia’s governor and top election officials certified results showing Joe Biden won the presidential race in the state on Nov. 20. Those results were affirmed by a hand count of the 5 million ballots cast in the race, according to results released by the secretary of state’s office.

President Donald Trump requested the certified results be recounted, and county election workers began that process on Tuesday. Wood did not immediately respond to a request for comment. __

Let me explain this to you because you either slept through civics and math classes or more likely your govt school taught you the Howard Zin version of civics and the new math. 

Let's imagine you have a legitimate ballot cast for Candidate A.  Then you have an illegal vote counted for Candidate B.  That illegal vote cancels a legal vote.  Now let's imagine Candidate B won by 15,000 votes but there were 25,000 illegal votes cast for this candidate.  Eliminate those 25,000 illegal votes and Candidate A would have won by 10,000 votes....but instead lost. 

I know math is hard Goofy so I tried to make this simple and easy to understand because of your limited intellectual abilities.  So the seminal question here is whether there were enough illegal votes to change the outcome of the election.  That is what is needed.  That there was massive fraud has been video documented and is irrefutable....whether there was enough to change the outcome has yet to be determined, but I am guessing based on the closeness of the battleground state races that the answer is yes.  You would disagree so let's find out. Or more importantly, since nothing is going to change is to make sure this never happens again on a massive scale.  But I anticipate the ChiCom virus will be all the rage in the fall and Democrats will be calling for all the same nonsense so they can try to cheat once again.

Goofy, it is illegal in Georgia to harvest ballots.  So these mules are given ballots filled out by someone other than the actual voter and submit it en masse.  Not only does the ballot not represent the views of the voter but is automatically illegitimate because of the way it was submitted.  It is why there were an inordinate and unexplained large number of ballots in Fulton and DeKalb that were only completed for the Presidential election.

But will any of this ever be ironed out, and culprits brought to justice.  Time after time, the mass media shouts that even Trump appointed judges have thrown out the frivilous claims of fraud.  I for one think there were grave criminal actions during the election.  But why have all challenges been thrown out.

I can understand why the Supreme Court chose not to get involved.  The Trump appointed justices could not show any support to him.  Justice, when will there be justice?

As far as who is President, no, nothing will change.  As far as charges go, there is already a whistleblower who made thousands dropping off ballots in the middle of the night.  Whether it will get to the ringleaders is anyone's guess.  What is more important is that laws are passed or current laws are enforced and that we never allow what happened in 2020 to happen again. A few sacrificial lambs given long prison sentences would certainly help but I am not counting on it.

You fail to understand the law.  While harvesting is illegal in Georgia based on a  2019 Georgia law, a harvested ballot filled out by the voter is legitimate and would be counted.

I actually don't think its an act.  Goofy is actually dumb enough to think these ballot harvesters combed the world looking for legitimate ballots filled out by voters so they could drop them off, most of them in the middle of the night.  The number of harvesters from the video evidence was around 260 who made a total of over 5,000 illegal drops.  Most of the drops were of 10 or more ballots.  And I would point out that was just from the video still available for review.  Many of the counties, including Cobb County (did not retain the videos so there is no evidence of ballot harvestiing in those counties...but it certainly happened.

It has been a sad and continuous devolution for poor Goofy.  Prior to Trump he seemed more sane and was at times amusing and even occasionally intellectually challenging.  Starting in 2016 during the election and especially afterward he started down a path of mental illness from TDS and has never been able to recover from....at least not yet.  I had thought when Trump left office he might have been able to regather an element of sanity but that sadly has not been the case.
