In yet another 6-3 ruling SCOTUS has stopped EPA from regulating greenhouse gases and indicated that this should be done by Congress.....where it belongs.  This is a blow to the administrative state and a sharp rebuke to Congress for abrogating their legislative role to the unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats in the executive branch.  While this is only about one instance of the bureaucracy overstepping its authority it sends the signal that if they do in the future you can sue and win.

And it's a message to both Democrat and Republican congress people that they can't avoid doing what they were elected to do.  None of them want to take responsibility for anything so they let the administrative state do the dirty work and if it doesn't work out they have someone else to blame.  This transition has been happening for a long time and it needs to stop. Congress legislates and the executive branch executes.....that's the way this is supposed to work.

I think the negative ruling on RemainInMexico was flip coin of epa decision.  Make congress do its job in both

Horrors!  You think the legislative branch is actually going to have to do something they are paid to do??  Do you think they are actually capable at this point of doing anything but sound bites and complaining about Roe v. Wade?  Sorry for our country, but this Administration deserves every blow they get.

Indeed he is and it's hard to imagine it going any better for him.  Unfortunately the only bright spot for the rest of us is a few SCOTUS decisions that will likely be ignored by the administration and left wing states.  The rest has been an unmitigated disaster.  Heck, even 75% of Democrats agree the country is headed in the wrong direction.  No wonder they are changing party affiliation.  And Dementia Joe is butthurt that Democrats do not want him to run for a second term.....what a senile old fool.

Yes, I remember and long for the days of the Trump pressors.....he would stay and answer questions from just about anyone.  Biden can only stay a pre-prescribed amount of time and only call on reporters that he has been told to call on by his handlers, who for the most part know that Joe is a walking time bomb.  Their employment duties are to keep Joe upright and appear alive.

Love him or hate him you always knew that Trump was telling you what he thought and could respond to any question.  Biden has to be told on note card when to stand, when to sit, who to call on and how he should answer their pre-approved question.  I've seen the photos and its terrifiying to think that he is a not much of a figurehead being controlled by who knows who.

scarier still is that Biden claims he is running for re-election.  Trump too.  Dems are so confused that I read an opinion piece calling for Hilary to run, that we "need" her.  Heaven forbid.
