Cut and pasted from somewhere, i forgot exactly where. The article was about Machin killing the latest green boondogle.

"Leah Stokes, a professor of environmental policy at the University of California Santa Barbara, reportedly “sobbed on Thursday night” upon learning Manchin’s reversal after she had put “months of work” into helping Democrats craft climate legislation.

“The stakes are so high,” she said. “It’s just infuriating that he is condemning our own children.”"

I think it should be illegal for democrats to continue to scream it's for/about the children as long as they support killing those "children" in the womb.  I am sick of hearing it because you know that whatever they are claiming is "for the children" is bad fo America.

Just my opinion, I could be wrong and can't wait for Goofy to tell me how wrong I am.  Maybe even archie, whoi doesn't read my posts but comments on them regularly, will post how wrong I am.

This is the thing - Thing about the Webb telescope and the images we are seeing.  Billions of light years in the past.  Suppose there is somehwere in the entirety of space, there are places that are light years in the futre.  This is my problem with environmentalists - there is just far too much that is unkown - but people like this woman will break down and sob over policies that may not make a bit of difference.

Yesh, they love to go on and on "for the children", but at the rate Biden is destroying our country - the kids well be lucky if they even have a country.   And I agree with you, that it seems like hypocracy that one would support abortion and yet be so concerned about children.  

I read a similar article today that said that Manchin was looking out for his own self interests....well, isn't that supposed to be what he is looking out for - protect the interests of his constituates?  For a Democrat, he shows remarkable restraint.

If Al Gore had been around maybe we would not have seen the end to the Ice Age.  Thing is, the ever evolving universe got us to where we are, and will lead us on.  We are tiny!!
