As I already stated, but you are willfully ignoring, the documents were still labeled what they were prior to President Donald John Trump declassifying them prior to taking them.  That he did not relabel them is completely understandable but ultimately regretable.  You just don't like his defense even if it is Constitutionally correct.  

I do find it interesting that you are so fixated on the issue of classified, top secret, etc.  If you look at the legal docs used to get the raid approved they went far beyond that and wanted everything back.  If you recall, the early leaks were about nuclear secrets.....which turned out to be a lie meant to get TDS sufferers like you all riled up.  Fact is there was a dispute between Trump and the National Archive and their totally unprecedented response with the politically motivated raid.

But once again, every time you raise this issue you convict Brandon, Pence and I am sure Obama who I am sure is scrambling to see what he will do with all the documents in his possession.  Time will tell how all this shakes out but I am willing to not even remotely going out on a limb to say Trump will be charged and Biden will not....based on the obvious double standard.

Happens to me more often than I would like and I wish the Forum could be changed to make a deleted post disappear instead of leaving the evidence of our error. 

Not sure you saw my response below about what I think about this whole thing.  You did not characterize what I really think accurately.  My position on Biden's actions is solely driven by what they are doing to Trump and nothing more.  I think this is all a bunch of nonsense.....but as long as they are calling for Trump's head on a platter I say take Biden, Pence and soon to be every other former POTUS and VPOTUS as I am convinced they all have similar documents.  But my clear preference would be to give them all a chance to turn in whatever docments they have and stop this ridiculous process.  But as long as they continue to pursue Trump I say burn them all, including Obama, Bush and all the rest of them.
