We are suppose to be at HEAD'S place for the weekend. He lives in the Bama Park slough. We hope to get there late Friday, and spend most of the day out on the lake Saturday. Madison wants to swim at the Rock and I told her I would take her to the rope swing. Not sure if I want to fight the fireworks crowd. That is still undecided.

Ggogle 'Ho's hangout'. If you can see past all the bikini clad babes, the boat looks pretty good too.

J/K of course but try cathouseperformancemarine.com. There are a few pics there, but none as lovely as my Green Girl.

You are still welcome to launch at my house and leave the boat in the water all weekend of you want. We will start cooking at sunset Friday, so anytime you show up will be a good time.

It is further to drive, but I guarentee it will make a better 'base of operations' than any public ramp. You can launch on Friday and drop your trailer and leave it in the yard and come and go as you please.

You know EXACTLY where those pictures were taken. WAY down in the swamps of Louisianna on the Tickfaw River. You can't even see a foot under the water. Fun place to go though.

You got a pilots license for that thing? Dee Dee can drive, you can watch the gauges on the port console, but who is watching all the rest??? I think I saw an altimeter, pitch and yaw gauges, an artificial horizon, and seat cover pucker gauges....

Driver only has basic gauges. Most on driver side are pressures (oil, fuel, water, transmission, etc.) On other side it has pressures and temps also. Funny you said altimeter because it does a "height above sea level" indicator so that you can adjust fuel delivery accordingly to altitude. You are correct about drivers also. There is a two directional breaker at the helm so all functions like tabs, throttles, transmissions, trim and engine interupts can be done from the port side. Sometimes we do share operating duties, but most of the time I just do it myself. Very fun to operate. You should go for a ride.

The boss and I would like that - she was drooling over "Bling" at Chucks last year... Dish Network used to have the Water Channel and they had reruns of the offshore races that we watched quite often, looked like the throttleman was the one that had his/her hands full.

Did you ever see Dr Andrews skater "Abracadabra" out on the water? Rode in it a few times. Fun boats. Good looking boat you got. Good luck on the sale. Doc is trying to sell his as well.

You know, I have been a Pilot for 20 years now and I think I have only seen 1 or 2 twin aircraft that may have had more avionics in them.
I could swear there was a EGT, VSI VOR and a ILS left seat.

Cat how many Hrs' would one need to copilot that thing with you?

I will be out there Friday. I will have my medical and CFII with me.

Now that you mention... I am a private pilot. Med. is expired but miss flying. It was fun. You call me, and we'll take a ride. I don't think I can be there Friday but who knows. Remember... "Delta, we're ready when you are". I think that is what it says.

I meant to say I will be out Saturday.

I don't' know why I said Friday but any way. I will be snooping around the north end. I'm not sure I want to get to close to all the 4th boats down at the rock but will play it by ear.

Any way Cat, that is a nice boat for sure.
