HAVE lived in Still Waters since 2010. Great development,  low HOA fees, access to golf course, marina, Pickleball & tennis courts, pool. Being on east side of the lake, close to Alex City and Opelika. Dadeville is growing, plenty of restaurants locally.  Grounds are maintained routinely along with street maintenance. Even if considering an off water place, marina has both wet and dry storage options. Good luck
