You all are either intentionally obtuse for political reasons or actually just dumb. The only thing that we know masks accomplish is to decrease the distance that your exhalations spread out from your own nose and mouth when you breath, cough or sneeze. Think of it as a way to add to social distancing when you can't actually maintain a "safe" distance. Whether it offers protection to the mask wearer would of course depend on the quality of the mask (pore size).
