Doesn't exactly inspire confidence....unless you were one of our adversaries.  We have a senile old fool backed up by a cackling half wit backed up by an even older senile (possibly drunk) old fool.  Please don't make me prove all those adjectives are correct.  My favorite part was when Dementia Joe said Putin would never win the hearts of the Iranian people and even the VP had to mouth the correct word in the background.  I would love to know what went through her mind at that moment.  

Even David Axelrod admitted that the usual laundry list SOTU silliness fell flat with the American people.  What we saw was a man with serious mental acuity degradation issues that is not in charge of anything and is only doing what he is told.  I have to wonder how much Adderol they had to give him to make it through the speech with only a handful of gaffes.  He was probably up half the night he was so hopped up on stimulants.
