I will grant you that the woman and man have the power to decide to procreate or not. And I definitely don't see abortion as a form of birth control - but accidents do happen even with birth control. Personally, I can think of several groups that should probably be sterilized since they demonstate no ability to practice birth control - I know that's pretty radical and I'm somewhat joking... Clearly they are not getting abortions.
But it seems cruel to me that women would be forced to carry the product of a rape or incest; or a baby that is seriously deformed or defective or puts the mother's health at risk to carry it to term.
