The post was not about the history of this rape and abortion.It is not about the trip from Ohio to Indiana.  It was about the statements that the kid should carry the baby and understand the benefit of having the child...The kid is 10....I don't  think the kid should have a choice as it is  the parent's decision. Would it be any different if the 10 year old gave her consent? 

"Jim Bopp, the general counsel for the anti-abortion group National Right to Life, believes that the 10-year-old rape victim who traveled from Ohio to Indiana for an abortion should have had to carry the baby to term.

“She would have had the baby, and as many women who have had babies as a result of rape, we would hope that she would understand the reason and ultimately the benefit of having the child,” he said.

Forget the alien part...does it really matter if it were a neighbor, her father, or brother? The kid is 10 years old........probably 4th grade and pregnant.

MM, I ask the question...Am I The Only One Who Has A problem With This???? Stay on message. Forget the alien part...should a 10 year old carry the baby to term hoping that she understands the reason and ultimately the benefit of having the child.

"If we changed hearts and minds and we could agree that abortion should be rare and not used as a post-coital form of birth control most of us on the pro-life side could accept that."  Would this not fall within that rare situation?
