From AP websight:
Due to continuing dry conditions, a variance has been approved to fill Martin above normal rule curve elevation. Lake elevations are always subject to change, depending on conditions.

They are only running one turbine every couple hours for the next few days. There is also rain in the forecast. All good things, expect to see some loose pontoons floating around.
