Subject:   Foggy Double-Pane Windows??

Few years ago we found some BB holes in upper and lower panels of 3x5 double pane window. Cost was $150 per panel ($300). Included measuring trip and install. Took about 20 minutes for entire job. I was wondering how they replace just the outter panel with the hole and get gas between the panels. Well, the panel comes as a double pane with gas between them. After they finish, you can't tell it was replaced. Call some local glass companies.
