Rooster, just thought I would let you know that where the two halves of the boat come together at the transom, the caulking was broken up and water had penetrated the transom. Most of the wood in the transom is still solid but very wet. Since the owner wants it done right, I plan to split the boat this week after I replace a portion of the floor to help retain the hulls position.
