I too had a hard time getting to get an answer from Com-Link until I found a number in Union Springs; 206 Hardaway Ave E, Union Springs, AL 36089-1609, (334) 738-2204.

If you loose the number, Goggle Com-Link Union Springs, Al. Since I have had this number I have had no trouble getting someone to answer – at least during normal business hours. Very nice people is my experience. I just started using their internet service this year and am very satisfied. I have the next to the bottom level of service and my download speed is over two and one half times faster than my next to the top level DSL service with AT&T in Hoover. I realize this does not answer your basic question, but you should be able to reach a person to answer your questions. Plus their web site shows the cable stations available.
